For schools, grammar schools, universities, nursery schools and other group (group 10 and more peoples)  visits, we will provide specialised guided tours with  a professional guide by prior arrangement.

• During the visit please, for your own safety, walk only in the specified areas for visitors.
• Please do not lean over the fencing or barriers, do not stand children on these barriers.
• Children up to the age of 10 can visit the zoo only by being accompanied with a person older than 15 years of age.
• Dogs, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind, cats, or any other animals can visit the zoo. Therefore, please do not bring them along.
• Riding bicycles is not permitted in the zoo area, or any other transport vehicle. Also, roller skates or skateboards are forbidden.
• The animals in the zoo have special treatment and lifestyles, therefore please do not feed the animals, or disturb them or provoke them.
• Loud music is not allowed in the grounds: please do not disturb the tranquillity of the zoo.
• It is strictly forbidden to pick any flowers or plants or break any branches from trees or bushes.
• The animals have their daily routine. Please do not disturb them. If you want to see the animals' active, then visit the zoo at different times of the day.
• Please pay attention to the employees of the zoo.
• The zookeepers will be pleased to answer any of your questions.
• Your requests and comments can be given to the staff in the zoo director's office. Any loss, articles found, or first aid help should be directed to the directors' office.
